The training is aimed at increasing knowledge and improving skills for the development of human potential in organizations of different types. Emphasis is placed on the role of leadership in the overall business management system.

Participants will have the opportunity to identify their own leadership style in order to adapt their behavior and better communication. Practical skills for recognizing the characteristics of different types of behavior and preferred communication modality are developed.

In addition, recognizing the appropriate communication style (VAK styles - visual, auditory or kinesthetic) helps us adapt our behavior in communicating with others.
