Pilot training for trainers, mentors and consultants under project RE - FEM was organised on 13 March 2024 by the team of RAPIV in District Information Point - Varna.

 

During the training, various training methods and techniques were presented, as well as content on current topics such as:

- Digital transformation and digital readiness;

- Servitisation and innovations;

- Resilience in times of crisis.
 

Trainers, consultants and mentors with many years of experience in business training and working with women entrepreneurs took part in the training.
As a result of the training, recommendations were made to improve the training materials.
