EWA Bulgaria 2024: The winners are already known We have successfully completed the latest edition of the EWA Bulgaria 2024 program! Over the course of six months, our mentors worked intensively with women in agrifood.
On Saturday, November 16, 2024, ten women showcased their business ideas, competing in front of an audience and an expert jury.
 Elena Nikolova - The Edge: R&BD, Beyond pre-accelerator Milen Vlaev - Head of Agribusiness, DSK Agro, DSK Bank JSC
Svetlana Boyanova - Президент, Institute for Agrostrategies and Innovations / Director of the Bulgarian Agricultural Chamber / AgroDigiHub;
Prof. Teodorina Turlakova - Head of Department of Agricultural Economics at UE - Varna.
Yuri Zarev - coordinator of TOO - Varna of NAAS
The winners in this years edition of EWA Bulgaria 2024 are:
 The First place award €10,000 was awarded to Ivelina Lyubomirova for her project Gram za Kilogram – producing gluten-free and keto foods!  The €5,000 prize was awarded to Iva Kalinova for Wholenest – producing preservative-free nut milks! The special awards of First Investment Bank were awarded by Ivan Serdarov, manager of branch Varna:  Teodora Georgieva - The Good Club - platform for digital corporate social responsibility  Darina Sotirova - Шен chewing gum - the first bulgarian company for production of natural chewing gum  The special award of Beyond pre-accelerator, was given by Elena Nikolova to Teodora Georgieva with the business idea The Good Club!  Maria Hristova awarded the special prize of AgriVentures to Iva Kalinova!  An award was also delivered by representatives of the Bulgarian Angels Club, Varna chapter, Galin Stefanov and Dilian Popov, to Iva Kalinova! During the event, participants had the opportunity to learn about various programs and initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs. The RAPIV team extends its gratitude to the mentors, jury members, and all experts and trainers for the unforgettable experience over the past months and for their unwavering support once again this year. We also thank all the women who joined the program and trusted us to contribute to their development. |
