On December 7, 2018, a seminar in support of the career development of pupils and teachers from the Varna region took place at Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar", during which Vladislav Vulchinov, RAPIV expert presented the opportunities under 2 projects for education and development in the field of entrepreneurship: BG05M9OP001-1.023-0007-C01 “Fostering the Entrepreneurship among the Unemployed, Inactive and Employed Young People up to 29 years in the North-East Region of Bulgaria” and 2017-1-041 AYEN "Active Youth Entrepreneurship Network".
